The EFCC (Economic and Financial Crimes Commission) found $43.4 million,

£27,000 and N23.2 million all in separate bundles, as they raided an apartment in Nigeria. The apartment is a 4-bedroom apartment in Osbourne Towers in Ikoyi, Lagos. The officials raided the place once they got a tipped about a haggard looking woman in dirty clothes carrying bags in and out of the apartment.

No one lives in the apartment but people come in and out of the apartment from time to time. This was very suspicious to the people living in the area. The monies were arranged in different notes, Naira, pounds & dollars stacked in different wardrobes and cabinets in the apartment.

No arrests have been made. The EFCC states that investigations are ongoing
